About

Longevity Mobile Veterinary Services was founded to bring gentle, evidence-based acupuncture into the comfort of your home, combining advanced training in integrative medicine with a calm, fear-free approach tailored to each pet’s unique needs.

A peaceful scene of a senior mixed-breed dog with graying fur comfortably lying on a folded, soft white towel on a living room rug, mid-acupuncture session. Several slim needles are placed symmetrically along its neck, spine, and hind legs, all inserted at correct angles and appearing gentle. Around the dog are subtle signs of home comfort: a neatly stacked pile of pet blankets, a stainless steel water bowl, and a tasteful plant in the corner. Natural midday light filters through a nearby window, combined with warm indoor lamp light, creating balanced, flattering illumination. Photographic realism at an eye-level angle, with the dog slightly off-center for a professional, website-friendly composition. The atmosphere is warm, compassionate, and calm, emphasizing pain relief and improved mobility for aging companion animals.

Dr. Sara Keb

Dr. Keb is a Charlotte native and graduate of the Virginia–Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (2012). She began her career in large animal practice, working primarily with equine patients, which established a strong foundation in lameness and chronic orthopedic conditions that continues to inform her small animal work. After more than a decade in small animal general practice, she recognized limitations in conventional approaches to diagnosing, treating, and managing chronic orthopedic and pain conditions.

In 2025, she began formal training in small animal acupuncture at the Canine Rehabilitation Institute and earned her Certified Veterinary Acupuncture Therapist credential in February 2026. She is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Veterinary Pain Practitioner. Integrating the science of acupuncture has fundamentally reshaped her approach to the treatment and long-term management of chronic pain and mobility disorders. Dr. Keb is committed to demonstrating how veterinary acupuncture can enhance your family member’s comfort, function, and overall quality of life.

What To Expect At Home

From the first warm greeting, we take a full history, perform a gentle exam, design a customized acupuncture plan, and treat your pet. Then we will review aftercare, frequency, and follow-up options before we leave. Please let us know if your pet has any special treats or favorite spots in the house where they are most comfortable.
